Help after Surgery

The following homeopathic remedies may help you to heal speedily after surgery.

1.         On day of operation, after operation:

Arnica 200c  - for helping to heal bruising after op.

Calendula 200c - for helping to close up skin wound after op.

1 arnica in am

1 calendula in pm

Continue with this for 3 days.

2.         THEN on day 4:

Bellis Perenis 200c  - for helping to heal deep tissue damage. (especially breast tissue)

Staphisagria 200c - for helping to heal physically & emotionally after any surgery.

Take 1 Bellis in am.

Take 1 Staph in pm

Continue this for 3 days.

As with any homeopathic pill don't take within 15mins of toothpaste or food or coffee. Water is ok.

Other advice:

• Take Vitamin C as it can help heal wounds and prevent infection, don’t take in the evening as it can keep you awake.
• Drink plenty of water to flush through the anesthetic and get all systems back functioning.
• If you are prone to constipation avoid pain killers with Codeine in. If you are badly constipated take castor oil.
•  Rest – you must give your body time to heal.
